Review: Replica Maison Margiela Paris Diffuser

I have no idea how the the people at Replica do it but they have come up with a way to create unique scents that evoke images, impressions and positive emotions. They essentially take an emotion or image and put it in a bottle. They have long since had a fragrance range but have since expanded into the home space with candles and diffuser.

And if you are someone like me who has a diffuser in every room then you are in for a treat.

There are 5 diffuser in the range:

  • Lazy Sunday Morning. Florence, 2003- Soft skin and bed linens. – Perfect for the bedroom. I have the perfume version of this and I have been using it for weeks now.
  • By The Fireplace’ Chamonix, 1971. Burning wood and chestnut. – Perfect for the living room. This is in my living room at the moment and it smells like I have the fireplace on.
  • “Jazz Club’ Brooklyn, 2013- Heady cocktails and cigars. – I have this in my lounge area and I really do feel like I am in a jazz club every time I smell this.
  • ‘Bubble Bath’ Beverly Hills, 2005 Comforting clean accords. – This one is perfect for the bathroom.
  • ‘Matcha Meditation Tokyo, 2008 Zen scents of matcha tea.
  • Autumn Vibes’ Montreal, 2018 Woody Trail and Red Leaves.

The packaging comes in the classic white minimalistic packaging which suits any home’s colour scheme. It lasts 4 months but I have had mine since April and it bottle still seems full.

It’s available at Brown Thomas and Arnotts for a RRP of €85
