RUN & LIFT: 50min classes
Weather you start on the floor or on the treadmill you will get that heart pumping. 50 minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that alternates between treadmill cardio and floor-based strength training. If the treadmill isn’t you’re thing you can pick a DF spot (Double floor) so you miss the cardio and push through the strength!
