December rubybox

This box contained many treats perfect for party season. Was very exciting and probably my fave box of all time. This box was worth way more than the subscription fee. So let’s get down to what was in the box.

1.     Emanuel Ungaro L’amour fou body lotion-50ml (R360-200ml)

This perfumed body lotion is an oriental floral fragrance with notes of blackberry, rose and vanilla. Nice big size that comes in a gorgeous box. Upon first sniff of this everybody will fall “crazy love” for this scent. The scent lasted the whole day.

2.     Nair ultra hair removal sensitive cream-60ml (R62.95-200ml)

I am a real fan of hair removal creams as it is a quick and painless wy to get rid of that fuzz. Specifically targeted for sensitive skin and enriched with camellia oil and ylang-ylang. It only takes 5 minutes to work but I left it on for longer and I was surprised how gentle it is as I didn’t feel any burning or tingling at all. My skin was left soft and silky. It is quite pleasant smelling unlike others I use. It came in 2 big sachets which made it very travel friendly.

3.     Yves Saint Laurent Opium EDT-1.5ml (R850-50ml)

A summer version of the original it is an oriental fragrance with notes of mandarin, jasmine, carnation, amber and vanilla.

4.     Rubybox beauty smooch stick in tangerine tango (R129.95)

Very excited to get my hands on yet another rubybox exclusive. Gorgeous tangerine colour that is trending at the moment. Looks like a chubby stick. Super pigmented, very moisturing as it contains vitamin E and shea butter, lasts ages on the lips and even when it transfers off you are still left with a nice tint. Have used it quite a lot already. Delivers a gorgeous glossy look. Has gorgeous shimmer flecks which are not as noticeable. If you have not tried it you can get your paws on it from the rubybox store.

5.     Bos ice tea

An organic rooibos tea perfect to refresh from the summer heat.

6.     R100 rubybox voucher

Handy for an extra spoil.
