A while back I attended the jhb blogger meetup organised by the beautiful Johlet check out her blog johced-ourjourneytoeverywhere.blogspot.com/. I always think it is such a great idea to meet other ladies who have the same passion of blogging as I do. It was held at vovo telo parkhurst. I didn’t really know what to expect from the ladies as I only knew of Chicara’s( an absolutely lovely lady) site (lipglosskisses.blogspot.com).When I arrived I was totally overwhelmed the table was set out with so many amazing goodies. Thanks to Johlet for putting so much effort into the event and getting so many sponsors on board even before the event I knew it would be something I could not miss. I was seated with Mariska from Radistractions, Cassidy from The Glam Green Girl and the lovely lady who I notice has been visiting my blog quite often now from Cocktails & Memories such friendly girls and we totally hit it off. First up we had a motivational talk from Sue Levy. Then it was time to eat I ordered a latte and the buttermilk hot cakes. After that it was time to socialise and get our mani’s done with the candy store collection of Zoya nail polishes. Absolutely amazing day!
