Review: Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro Mediterranea Liquid Lipstick

The makeup gods have been busy at the Giorgio Armani as they have dropped another collections. This time with new shimmery velvet shades inspired by the warmth of the Mediterranean Sea, all shades are infused with well-refined light-reflecting pigments for a beaming, sun kissed finish that will flatter every skin tone.

What is it For?

The Lip Maestro Mediterranea collection takes inspiration from the Mediterranean’s flattering, shimmering light, and the natural colour palette created by the warmth of sunlight. Alive and vibrant, these striking colours are energised by the sun and the sea. The collection is made up of 6 shades of this luminous matte finish liquid lipstick.

How does it feel?

The formula therefore glides on like a dream and is super hydrating. The colour is pigmented and delivers 8 hours of comfort. It is very light weight (skin like) so not sticky or heavy. It delivers the perfect amount of gloss. This particular collection is also infused with refined subtle pearls to have the effect of capturing light, the pearl is very subtle as I don’t really see it on the lips once applied. The formula is very creamy.

What’s Special About The Design?

I love the unique doe foot slanted applicator it has a nice tip to line the lips and for precise application. It also picks up the perfect amount of product for one application.

The bottle is really sleek with the clear bottle and bullet shaped topped with the iconic Giorgio Armani red cap which is the signature design of lip maestro.

How Do You Use It?

For a high-impact look, apply Armani Lip Maestro liquid lipstick with its applicator on the bottom lip and blend lips together. Use the applicator or a lip brush to define and perfect the shape.

For a natural look, apply a small amount with fingertips starting on the centre of the lips. Dab and blend outwards to achieve a washed-out, soft shimmery matte finish.

Where can I find it?
