These lipsticks are AMAZING! Basically they are a lipbalm, lipstick, lipstain and lipgloss all rolled into one. Usually you always get the trade-off between lasting and moisturisation it’s the one or the other but Yardley have somehow managed to kick this concept. The lipsticks glide on like a dream, are really creamy and hydrating, they actually transformed my dry lips instantly. They are really pigmented because they are lipsticks. The packaging is really light weight and it is really affordable. The full colour doesn’t last long on the lips since it is so hydrating but what I like about it is that it leaves a nice stain on the lips after the rest of the colour has fully transferred which is what I prefer since I don’t like having those dreaded lipstick on teeth moments or random transfers.

I was sent a few shades to play around with and all the colours are amazing so there is definitely something for everyone.

Bright pink is a daring Barbie doll pink.

Scarlet flame is a orange based red.

Electric tangerine is a shocking orange for the more daring and great for summer.

Burnt plum is mauve.

Soft nude is very nude shade.

Dark cherry is a dark plum which a good colour to start with if you want to start easing yourself into the black lipstick trend.
